Technological characteristics:
We adopt spiral mandril combination system, which owns high adaptability with multi-sections up to 7 layers. The multi-layer extrusion head is adopted with flowage differentiation design, to achieve fine circumference distribution. The material distribution of layer combination is well-proportioned, suitable for producing wide range plastic material, which owns well self-cleaning function at low extrusion capacity and mininum cut heat at high extrusion capacity. The unique delamination runner design could eliminate the joint line completely and improve the color-changing efficiency highly!
